Compliance is the floor.Trust is the work.
A complete method for senior leaders in high-hazard industries who have systems that would satisfy any auditor, and still cannot make it stick. Ninety days, three pillars, and a written standard you sign and date at the end of it.
Is this you?
Technically qualified, genuinely motivated, and quietly frustrated that your knowledge has not translated into the culture change you know is possible.
HSE Managers & Directors
Carrying the liability for outcomes you cannot fully control through procedure alone. The core focus.
Operations & Site Managers
Safety sits with you alongside production, and the two pull in opposite directions.
Board Directors & MDs
Personally liable, and aware the reports flatter the reality on the ground.
HR & L&D Directors
Responsible for leadership development, and aware technical training is not moving the culture.
Independent consultants
Advising several clients and needing a method that travels, rather than a set of opinions.
Anyone who carries it home
The people who think about the site on a Sunday evening. That is the actual qualification.
This is for you if
- Your compliance layer is mature and people still get hurt.
- You can already see the gap between the procedure and the person.
- You have the standing to change how your organisation behaves.
- You are prepared to do the work rather than collect a certificate.
This is not for you if
- You are a graduate hunting a first certificate.
- Your organisation has no appetite for culture change.
- You are looking for the cheapest option.
- You believe the paperwork is the safety culture.
If you want a certificate to hang on a wall, there are cheaper ways to get one and I will point you to them.
Three pillars.
One gap. Three rooms where it gets closed. The worker in front of you, the culture around you, the board above you.
The One Conversation™
The forty-card walkabout, the four-stage listening framework and the forty-eight hour follow-through protocol. Where The Trust Threshold™ gets crossed, and the near miss reaches you before it becomes an incident.
The Culture Architecture™
The structural elements that keep the culture running when you are not in the building, carried by The Psychological Safety System™ and The Leadership Multiplier™. It survives the reorganisation, the incident, and the change of leadership.
The Boardroom Code™
The Consequence Narrative™, which translates any safety issue into the language that changes decisions where decisions get made. The money moves before the incident, not in the inquiry after it.
It opens with an honest reckoning of where you stand, and closes with a written standard you sign and date.
A worker stops. Without being told.
Because the culture shifted. Because they trust their leader. Because safety became theirs, not yours. That is the moment liability becomes legacy, the moment a manager becomes a leader.
Every NEBOSH and IOSH course promises you'll understand the legislation. I promise something different: your people will choose safety, because they trust you.

Two ways in.
Both programmes run for ninety days and both give you twelve months of access to the materials. The difference is how much of me you get.
The Accelerator™
$2,497
or three monthly payments of $897
For the leader who wants the method and the coaching, alongside a group carrying the same weight.
- Three monthly group coaching calls. One in each month, with me, on Zoom. We work on what is actually happening on your site this month.
- Twelve weekly Q&A sessions. Forty-five minutes, every week, all recorded so nothing is lost to a shutdown or a flight.
- Personal feedback on three workbooks. Not a tick and a grade. The questions I would ask standing on your site.
- The community and the practice library. Every video-paired practice module, and the room where others carry the same responsibility.
- Full certification on completion. Signed and dated, because I will have seen your work rather than your receipt.
The Never Lose Anyone Standard™
$5,587
or three monthly payments of $1,997
For the leader who needs it done on their own organisation, privately, with the board conversation built.
- Everything in the Accelerator. The complete method, group coaching, weekly Q&A, workbook feedback, community and certification.
- Three private one-to-one calls. Sixty minutes each, one a month, just you and me on your organisation.
- Bespoke Culture Architecture design session. Ninety minutes building the structural elements around your organisation, not a template. You leave with the architecture drawn.
- Two full-day VIP strategy days. Long enough to get past the presentable version of the problem.
- The Boardroom Positioning Session. We build the consequence narrative for your board, on your numbers.
- Direct access for ninety days. Reach me when something lands on your desk that will not wait for the next call.

Private consultation and corporate delivery for whole leadership teams, priced on scope. If you are trying to move a culture across several sites rather than one, that is a different conversation and we should have it directly.
Every price is in US dollars and excludes any local taxes that may apply. Payment plans are taken monthly across the ninety days. There is no twenty-four month option and no rolling membership.
I am not asking you to take a risk on me that I am not prepared to take on you.
If you do the work across the ninety days and reach the end of them without a return on what you paid, I will refund you in full. What I ask of you:
- Attend the coaching calls and the Q&A sessions across the ninety days.
- Implement what we build together on your own site.
- Submit your three workbooks for feedback.
- Engage with the community rather than watching from the edge.
- Ask for help the moment you are struggling.
Those conditions are not there to give me a way out. They are there because this only works if you do the work, and I would rather say so plainly at the start than have the argument at the end. Full detail is in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Not my words.
Every quote is from a delegate on a course I delivered between November 2025 and June 2026. Collected independently, not solicited by me, and reproduced as written.
The tutor has a wealth of experience in the field of construction. He presented the topics in a clear and understandable way, thanks to his relaxed yet thorough manner.
Thomas BajdeNEBOSH Construction Certificate, Enercon GermanyHe made the content relatable to everybody in the cohort's different industries. This will enable me to feel more confident to take on more responsibility within my role at CBRE, relating to health and safety.
Daquane AllenIOSH Managing Safely, CBREHe kept asking if the speed of the course was sufficient for everyone, which I found very professional of him. He was always there, and continues to be there, to give advice and support should it be required.
Brian GreenNEBOSH National General CertificateThe things people ask.
No, and that's the point. NEBOSH and IOSH teach you the legislation. This teaches the leadership, influence and culture-change skills the qualification pathway never covers. It's the missing half of the job.
Because a weekend changes what you know and ninety days changes what you do. The method lands quickly, but the conversations, the architecture and the board work need real weeks on a real site between sessions. You keep access to the materials for twelve months.
Then you get your money back in full. Attend the calls, implement what we build, submit your three workbooks and ask for help when you are struggling. Do that and if it has not paid for itself by the end of the ninety days, I refund you. The conditions and the process are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Yes. I've trained teams in Libya, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Oman, Nigeria, Colombia and the UK, and adapt delivery to different cultures and languages, essential for global Oil & Gas and Construction.
Often, yes, this sits squarely within training and development budgets, and it is built to make the internal case easy to win. Corporate delivery for a whole leadership team is priced on scope. Book a strategy call and I will help you build the case.
One conversation before you decide.
Thirty minutes, no presentation, no pitch deck. You tell me what is happening on your site and I will tell you honestly whether this is the right thing for you or whether it is not.
